 Extended Christmas Returns

All orders placed from the 20th November 2024 to 24th December 2024 will be valid for our extended Christmas returns policy. Customers will have until the 5th January 2024 to exchange their order for a different size or an alternative model. To qualify for the exchange, the item must be returned to us unworn and in a resell-able condition, and all relevant tags and packaging must remain intact.

Please note, prices over this period may fluctuate as we operate within a demand based industry with limited item availability. With this in mind, once your return has been verified you will receive a gift card for the full amount of the original payment. Our return process is seamless even over this extremely busy period. Please refer to our reviews over the year of people who have returned to us in the past.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service to return your order. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping labels and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. International customers will be liable for any import duties that we incur when receiving your return and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that all packages are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them in our possession.

Our extended Christmas returns policy applies to purchases made both online and in-store. However, returns for purchases made in-store cannot be shipped back to us and must be arranged in-store.
