Refund policy
We offer a 14-day exchange policy for all eligible items. In store purchases are restricted to a 7-day return policy, and we can only offer store credit in return for these items. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us. We do kindly ask for the item to be sent back with a tracked and signed service to avoid any potential lost items.
